I’m not here to give you answers — I’m here to help you access your own.
I’m not here to give you answers—I’m here to help you access your own.

I’m a Depth Hypnosis Practitioner and guide for highly sensitive, intuitive, and empathic people who want to feel more connected to themselves, their intuition, and the deeper layers of life that often go unseen. I've been supporting clients in this work for nearly a decade.

My work blends Depth Hypnosis, mindfulness, nervous system awareness and somatic support, intuitive development, and earth-based spiritual practices in a grounded and accessible way. You don’t need to believe in anything specific—just be open to listening inward.

Many people describe this work as a kind of homecoming—a gradual return to the quieter, wiser part of themselves that was always there beneath the noise.

A bit of context
Bio pic_edited_edited.jpg

For as long as I can remember, I’ve sensed that there was more happening beneath the surface than people talked about. As a child, I didn’t see energy or spirits, but I could feel that something was there. Without context, that sensitivity felt confusing, overwhelming, and at times frightening.

In my mid‑thirties, I learned to engage that sensitivity differently: through nervous system regulation, discernment, and connection. What once felt confusing and overwhelming slowly became something I could understand, relate to, and trust.

Over time, that way of relating has brought me comfort, clarity, and a deeper sense of agency.

I share this because it informs how I work.

How I guide

Having experienced both the confusion and clarity that sensitivity can bring, I guide with care and attunement. This work is relational, collaborative, and grounded in trust. We explore, not from hierarchy, but alongside one another.

You remain the authority in your life. My role isn't to replace your inner knowing, but to help you strengthen your relationship to it. Your guidance remains yours.

I don’t amplify experience for its own sake, and I don’t interpret your experiences for you. My focus is on helping you develop a steady, discerning relationship with your own inner wisdom so that you can trust yourself deeply.

In practice, that means we emphasize:

  • Grounding and nervous system regulation

  • Distinguishing intuition from anxiety, fear, trauma responses, and other inner signals

  • Building trust and discernment through direct experience

  • Integrating insights so they create real change in your life

Over time, this process becomes less about what happens in session and more about how you live from what you’ve come to know.

This work values:

  • Autonomy over dependence

  • Integration over insight

  • Relationship over hierarchy

You don’t need to follow me—you learn to follow yourself. My role is to walk beside you as a guide as you strengthen that capacity.

A closing note

If you’ve always felt deeply, sensed more than you could easily explain, or longed to trust your intuition more fully, this work can offer language, context, and grounded support for experiences you may have been carrying quietly for a long time.

When you learn to relate to this sensitivity in a grounded and trustworthy way, you begin to realize how supported and connected you truly are.
