The Work

This work creates space for you to reconnect with your intuition, inner wisdom, and nervous system in a direct and mindful way.

It’s not about adopting new beliefs or seeking answers outside yourself—
it’s about learning to listen to your inner knowing in a way that builds self-trust.

What happens in each session reflects this approach.

How sessions work

Each session begins by grounding—slowing down and arriving in the present. From there, we follow what emerges: sensations, emotions, or quiet knowing. We move slowly enough for your nervous system to feel safe engaging with what arises.

Depth Hypnosis creates a space where your conscious mind and inner wisdom can meet in dialogue. We close with integration—noticing what shifted and how the insights land in your daily life. It’s gentle, deep, and unique each time.

The heart of the work

At the center of this work is learning how to listen—not harder, but more clearly.

This work helps you reconnect with your intuition and inner knowing in a grounded, conscious way. That guidance may come through felt sense, intuitive insight, symbolic imagery, dreams, emotional resonance, or a quiet awareness that’s difficult to explain but deeply felt.

For many people, intuitive guidance has always been present, yet difficult to distinguish from anxiety, trauma responses, emotional memory, fear, imagination, or nervous system activation. Part of this work is learning discernment: recognizing what is actually arising within you so that intuition becomes something you trust and work with rather than fear, chase, or doubt.

We are not trying to amplify experiences or force spiritual connection. We are learning how to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and relate to inner guidance with greater confidence and trust.

True guidance never demands your obedience or overrides your agency. It will never ask you to abandon yourself. Instead, this work supports you in developing an active and healthy bond with your own inner wisdom so that you can move through life with greater authenticity and trust in yourself.

Discernment as a practice

Discernment is vital to this process. It’s how we learn to tell the difference between guidance and inner noise.

You’ll learn to recognize distinctions such as:

  • Nervous system activation versus guidance

  • Trauma responses and emotional patterning versus intuitive knowing

  • Imagination versus relational insight

As discernment deepens, sensitivity becomes clearer and more workable—less overwhelming, more collaborative. Guidance shifts from being mysterious or unreliable to something you can recognize and trust.

Integration over insight

Insight alone is never the goal. Insight may leave us feeling spiritually inspired, but without integration we'll remain unchanged.

This work is meant to be engaged with, not just understood. Real change unfolds through how you live what you discover—in your relationships, choices, and in everyday moments.

Integration means putting inner awareness into action: trying things out, setting boundaries, noticing what supports you, and what doesn’t. What matters isn't how much you perceive, but how you relate to what you perceive. Over time, trust in your own ability to listen, discern, and integrate inner guidance grows.

What it's like to work together

This work is collaborative and experiential.

I hold the container and guide the process while you connect with your own inner guidance in a conscious, supported way. Over time, that relationship strengthens—first in session, then naturally in daily life.

You can think of it like learning to ride a bike: at first I offer structure and support, and gradually the balance becomes your own. The aim is steadiness and agency, not dependence.

My Role
I support you in:

  • Staying grounded and regulated

  • Discerning guidance from other inner signals

  • Helping you make meaning in ways that feel grounded, supportive, and applicable to real life

  • Integrating what you discover into everyday life

I don’t interpret your experiences for you or act as an authority. I walk beside you as you learn to hold that relationship with guidance yourself.

Your Role
Your role is active, but not forced. Curiosity and willingness are enough.

This isn’t a single experience but an ongoing relationship with your inner world. Between sessions, the work continues through reflection and integration.

When this work may not be a good fit

This approach will not serve you if you’re looking for someone to fix, diagnose, or direct your life for you. It’s also not a replacement for medical or mental health care, nor is it designed for acute crisis or active addiction.

It tends to resonate with those who sense there’s more to perception than the mind alone—and who want to engage that connection regularly, thoughtfully, and with personal responsibility.
