About
My role in this work

I don’t see myself as a psychic authority, interpreter, or someone with access to information others don’t have.

I work as a guide and container-holder — someone who helps people orient to their own inner knowing and learn how to relate to guidance directly.

I don’t believe these capacities are rare or exceptional. They are part of being human.

What is less common is having context, support, and grounded guidance for learning how to relate to them in a grounded way.

Some people feel this more strongly, sooner, or without context — and that can be uncomfortable. I help with orientation.

A bit of personal context
Bio pic_edited_edited.jpg

I’ve sensed guidance and unseen presence for as long as I can remember. As a child, I didn't see anything, but I could feel that something was there.

Without context or support, that sensitivity was often confusing and, at times, frightening.

It wasn’t until my mid-thirties that I learned how to understand and manage this sensitivity in a grounded way. Through learning regulation, discernment, and relationship — rather than suppression or dramatization — what once felt intrusive became something I could engage with clarity and trust.

Over time, this way of relating helped me live with more steadiness, agency, and alignment in my own life.

I share this not because my experience is unique, but because it shapes how I work.

My work has been shaped by years of practice and training, including Depth Hypnosis, as well as lived experience learning how to relate to sensitivity in a grounded way.

How that experience informs my approach

Because I’ve lived on both sides of this — sensing without context, and sensing with discernment — I’m careful about how I guide others.

I don’t amplify experience for its own sake.

I don’t position guidance as something outside of your authority.

I don’t interpret or tell you what your experiences mean.

Instead, I focus on:

  • grounding and nervous-system regulation

  • learning how to differentiate guidance from other inner signals

  • building a relationship with guidance that is steady, collaborative, and supportive

  • integrating what you learn into your actual life

My role is not to hold your relationship with guidance for you, but to help you learn how to hold it yourself.

I’m a bridge — not a gatekeeper.

How I relate to clients

I work relationally and collaboratively.

You remain the authority in your life.
Your guidance remains yours.

I offer structure, pacing, and support while you learn how to listen, discern, and respond with clarity. Over time, the work becomes less about what happens in session and more about how you live from what you’ve learned while out in the world.

This work values:

  • autonomy over dependence

  • integration over insight

  • relationship over hierarchy

A closing note

If you’re someone who senses more than you can easily explain — or who feels quietly drawn to understanding inner guidance more clearly — this work may offer useful context and support.

You don’t need to be exceptional.
You don’t need to be “gifted.”
You don’t need to believe anything new.

You only need curiosity, steadiness, and a willingness to engage with what’s already present.
